WEST VALLEY PTA sounds interesting, maybe in the vein of the wonderful Jesie St. James classic VISTA VALLEY PTA? No such luck -this junker resurrected (sort of) by Something Weird on Vol. 11 of its Bucky Beaver's Double Softies plays like a distended loop.
Running only 34 minutes on DVD-R (feature might have gone a reel or two longer, though there's precious little content), it's a one-joke premise. Buxom but ugly mama (played by a familiar looking porn wannabe in the Candy Samples vein) hires George to teach her and her offspring how to swim. They have an attractive pool, with waterfall feature, so that makes sense.
What doesn't make sense is the all-porn, all-soft crud that follows, as playing-hard-to-get George (now, really!) ends up humping all three women, with mama not even batting a false eyelash as he's up to no good with the elder blonde daughter in the pool.
That's the entire film, and since it is postulated as a "job try-out", with George having to convince all three to hire him, when he's given the thumbs up at the end it doesn't seem as if 20 minutes more was missing. Perhaps it played as a featurette.
Hints of hardcore are present near the end, when the two daughters have incestuous lesbian sex in a bathtub, featuring a big dildo which looks like it's penetrating a vagina or two (but no tight closeup to prove it).
The youngest girl is Lynn Nelson, a familiar porn veteran of other SWV entries, notably starring in BUTLER'S NIGHT OUT and THE TIMID DEBUTANTE, but the rest of the cast remains anonymous so far. There's always room for further porn research (that's what I like to call it).
