The Special 26 crew including director Neeraj Pandey (A Wednesday), Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher are back together again, this time for action thriller Baby. Joining in on the action of the slick, espionage thriller are stars Rana Daggubati, Danny Denzongpa, Kay Kay Menon, Rashid Naz, and Taapsee Pannu.
The film, heavy on gruelling action sequences and stunts, sees Akshay Kumar playing an elite top counter intelligence agent who, along with his team, has to foil a major terrorist attack.

Check out what Akshay Kumar told us when we caught up with him for a Q and A about the film!
What made you choose to do this film and play this character?
When I knew Neeraj Pandey was on board, I knew I had to get involved in the project. It’s been great working with Neeraj again, we’ve got...

Another entertaining hour with the Reagan family, “After Hours” gave us a look into Danny and Frank’s pasts.
It sounds like Danny was quite the after hours player before he settled down with Linda and it makes her a little insecure. He certainly seemed at home with the club crowd.
Everyone is allowed a past but when Sabrina dragged him onto the dance floor he really needed to walk away. She’s a celebrity. There are cameras everywhere these days.
How exactly would he explain a picture of Sabrina gyrating against him to his wife? He’s damn lucky Jackie’s the only one who saw them.
Then he gives Linda a dress as a special gift. Only it’s the same dress that Sabrina wears and Linda sees her in it. Ugh. Danny, you’re an idiot. I loved it when Jackie as much as tells him so after Linda storms out.

This week's episode of Blue Bloods, “Officer Down,” opens with a robbery where a police officer is shot and killed. Is it wrong to say that the Officer being on her cell phone bothers me?
I suppose cops are allowed to make personal phone calls like the rest of us. I can’t help but think she might have seen signs of the robbery sooner if her attention wasn’t diverted by talking on her phone and maybe she wouldn’t have been killed.
But this is a TV show and then we wouldn’t have much of a story.
The search for the cop killer is interspersed with the Reagan family debating whether “the good ole days” were really so good. Henry certainly thinks so.
In his view the criminals of the past knew when to work with the cops. He tells the story of a local crime boss...

New faces have been selected to join NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles during November sweeps.
Michael Ausiello has learned that NCIS: La has cast Raymond J. Barry to appear on the show during November sweeps. Usually, November sweeps characters tend to bring heightened drama and other high stakes to the show’s characters. Barry’s role seems to be no different.
Barry will play Branston Cole, who has history with Hetty Lange (Linda Hunt), from their espionage days, which he is still fond of. According to Ausiello’s casting call source, Cole is in a retirement home, “blind and frail” due to a stroke. His state doesn’t stop Cole from getting into trouble.
Lost fans will remember Barry as Jack Shepherd’s grandfather, Ray Shephard, in the show’s fifth season.
NCIS will have a special guest star with also past ties to a character during sweeps. Ausiello...

Did you ever wonder what would happen if The Shield's Capt. David Aceveda and Officer Danny Sofer were married? Well, viewers will get to see the actors behind those characters as a longtime couple — as well as some other Shield alums together again — on Lie to Me.
Cast members of The Shield set to reunite on Lie to Me
"It's just a fun alternate universe with all these people you're accustomed to seeing in a certain environment," Shield creator and Lie to Me executive producer Shawn Ryan tells TVGuide.com of the stunt episode (Monday at 9/8c on Fox). "It was different, but I think everyone was just really happy to see one another again. I think it meant more on a personal level even than a professional level. We had a very tight-knit group on that show,...

The Fall TV Season presentations for all the new network shows take place this week with the fourth announced yesterday. Here's a full breakdown of which concepts have made the final list over on CBS.
The Eye continued its reign as the #1-rated network this past season. Its procedurals (NCIS, CSI, Criminal Minds, Mentalist) dominate the marketplace, about half its sitcoms (The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men) are strong performers, and though it only launched four shows last Fall it turned two of them (Good Wife, NCIS: La) into major hits.
The network isn't resting on its laurels though as this year it launches three dramas and two comedies in the Fall, and the high-profile "Criminal Minds" spin-off mid-season. As a result some long running dramas like "Cold Case," "Ghost Whisperer" and "Numb3rs" along with its more recent and lesser performing sitcoms have all been given the axe.

Chicago – CBS announced their fall schedule today. While fans of canceled “Accidentally on Purpose,” “Cold Case,” “Gary Unmarried,” “Numb3rs,” “The Ghost Whisperer,” and “The New Adventures of Old Christine” may disagree, the big TV news of the week is that several of the top network’s biggest shows are moving. “Survivor” jumps to Wednesday nights, “The Big Bang Theory” moves to Thursdays, “CSI: NY” slides to Fridays, and “CSI: Miami” now goes down on Sundays.
As far as on-the-bubble renewals are concerned, CBS saved “Rules of Engagement” and “Medium”. The rest of their renewals were pretty obvious choices as the network continues to air many of the biggest hits on TV including the #1 drama (“NCIS”), #1 comedy (“Two and a Half Men”), #1 new series (“Undercover Boss”), #1 news magazine (“60 Minutes”), #1 new drama (“NCIS: Los Angeles”), and #1 scripted series for the 18-49 and 25-54 demos (“The Big Bang Theory”).

Plus, the Johnny Cash project, Alex O'Loughlin's body, Hedwig to Broadway, crushing Rick Malambri, and meet Death Bear.
While promoting that awful looking JLo movie The Backup Plan, Alex O’Loughlin mentioned that the stunts on the Hawaii Five-o pilot were brutal, and there was no way he could take his shirt off for any beach scenes due to the bruising. There goes my entire interest in the show.
Kaley Cuoco, Sheldon’s foil in The Big Bang Theory, has landed her first feature film, I Hop. She’ll play with James Marsden, a slacker who injures the (CGI) son of the Easter Bunny (Russell Brand) and has to take him in. That sounds just awful. I mean really, really awful.
Telescopic Text is a brilliant concept. Just click the words and watch the story grow.
There’s a rumor that Hedwig and the Angry Inch is headed to Broadway,...
