- There is one level with a brothel where one prostitute is a character you help escape. Some mild sexual dialogue is alluded to from some characters.
- In one of the Rotterdam levels, there is a strip club where one girl is shown dancing. There is no nudity but she is not wearing much. There is some mild suggestive dialogue and she dances for a guard outside.
Violence & Gore

- Throughout the game there are moments you have to kill people (mostly just shooting) and there is not gore but there are some visible blood particles.
- Targets can be strangled with fiber wire, have their throats slit with knives, poisoned, or blown up with bombs.
- A man you have to save is covered in cuts and bruises while being held in a dungeon.

- The s word is only used once in a letter and this is the only time profanity is used in the game.
