  Sonic : [quietly]  Handing over the fake emerald. I can kill two birds with one stone.

  [Tails nods] 

  Robotnik/Eggman : Put the emerald down right there and back off.

  Sonic : [Sonic smiles and walks]  You've turned into a big time villian doctor.

  Eggman : [Eggman presses a button and causes a glass tube to fall over Sonic]  You thought you could trick me with that fake emerald didn't you?

  Tails : So, how did you know it wasn't the real one?

  Sonic : Tails!

  Robotnik/Eggman : Because you just told me, fox boy!

  [a green glow appears and Sonic teleports in] 

  Knuckles : Hey Sonic.

  Sonic : I wasn't sure if I could pull that one off. Somehow I managed to use the Chaos Control.

  Knuckles : Chaos Control? Are you OK?

  Sonic : I'm worried about Tails and Amy. I hate to ask, bu could you help them? This is our last chance. I got it before the cannon fires I'll slam dunk it in there.

• [Sonic and Tails jump in the President's limo from its roof] 

  Dr. Robotnik : Sonic? What are YOU doing here?

  Sonic : Eggman Empire. Yeah, right.

  President : What the heck's going on here?

• Robotnik/Eggman : [after seeing that his attempt to kill sonic has failed]  You're pretty persistent for a hedgehog aren't you? Still alive, huh?

  Sonic : Hah! Just letting Knuckles pilot the shuttle on the way over here was more dangerous than you could ever be!

• Shadow the Hedgehog : That blue hedgehog again, of all places.

  Sonic the Hedghog : I found you, faker!
