Violence & Gore

  • The game consists of constant gun battles against zombies, and while there isn't any dismemberments like in the previous games, there is still a lot of blood and gore throughout the game.

Profanity

  • There is little foul language in the game, with the exception of the use of the word "bastard" in one of the game's endings where a character is angry that her car is stolen.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The game's violence and enemies may scare young children, due to how intimidating and disturbing it can be to them. There are also cutscenes which involve a child wearing oxygen tubes in the nose, which may be slightly upsetting, but there isn't a strong emphasis on it.
