This is one of the greatest performances Vidhubala has done. She is the fun loving village girl who is devoted to her cow (Lakshmi,)whom is more then just an ordinary cow but her best friend. Eventually, what ends up happening is that Vidhubala ends up marrying Sudheer and is forced to give up Lakshmi. The story continues on and Vidhubala is faced with numerous obstacles in her life brought on by her husband. Furthermore, like any typical Indian movie after so much drama Vidhubala and Lakshmi finally reunite again. This is one of Vidhubala's greatest performances and if you enjoyed Shamkhupushpam, Aaradhana, Ponnukku Thangamanassu and College Girl you will certainly like this movie.
