In the scene with Mad Max, Wayne, and Errol in the kitchen, Mad Max is seen opening the refrigerator door with blood on the side of his face. There wasn't a recent gun fight or injury that would warrant this blood. This can also be seen in the opening credits.
When Biggs, Wayne and Mad Max rough up Teddy Bruckshut in the restaurant, Mad Max pistol-whips one of Teddy's goons, who is seen bleeding profusely. Later in the scene, the goon is shown unharmed.
When Raquel got shot during the shoot-out, initially it was shown that she got shot in her upper chest. But later when her dead body is shown in front of the sofa, it is then showed that she got shot in her left breast (just above her nipple), which was popped out of her robe.
As Raquel gets shot from the front with a shotgun, initially there was no blood spill on the sofa. But later, as the camera was taking the shot of her dead body in front of the sofa, there was a huge blood spill on the sofa, implying that there should have been an exit wound on her back, which wasn't there.
At the very end when Wayne got shot, you can see Errol going towards him and there is a body on the stairs. The body's left leg changes position during scenes.
In the first 10 minutes of the movie, where it was still based on the year 1978, young Wayne was seen taking a gun out of one side of a sneaker. The sneaker was a black and white Air Jordan 12 which would not appear to the shelves until the fall of 1996, some 18 years later.
