A light political movie.

Bottomfeeders is mockumentary about a political campaign in Pennsylvania. Cissy Jones is assigned to be State Campaign Director in Pennsylvania. She hires a lot of volunteers including Bob Kinard one of her most energetic volunteer for the campaign. Volunteers are called the Bottomfeeders that where the name of the title of the movie comes from. Kinard gets an idea using boxes painted with Spam on them. His idea was Spam is a pretty package but you don't know what is inside. In other words, if a person is beautiful you do not know what that person is thinking. This campaign slogan gets national attention, but upset the main focus of the political system. The performances are excellent in this film including a cameo from formers Mayor Ed Rendell of Philadelphia. If like political humor, then this is your movie.
