Raimy got her hopes up on Frequency Season 1 Episode 3, as she and Frank worked together to capture a very messed up man. Unfortunately for Raimy, there are a lot of screwed up fellows in the New York City area, and Thomas Goff wasn't the one she wanted.
While I'm very the mystery of the Nightingale Killer will stick around to keep the stakes as high as possible, I'm afraid I've forgotten a very important piece of this puzzle from Frequency Season 1 Episode 1: the date Julie will be killed by the guy.
That seems pretty important overall, unless the date is as malleable as the information updating on the computer before Raimy's eyes.
And wasn't that a great moment? As Frank and Satch were tracking Goff and inspecting his shed, Raimy was watching the brief about Maya Gowen...
