A pretty good soft sexploitation actioner.
The opening scene makes quite clear the sort of film this is, and whether or not you'll want to continue to watch. The two fem cops are escorting a prisoner in an elevator. The door opens, and the prisoner's gang confront them. The cops are forced to drop their weapons and then their clothes. The younger policewoman saves the day by dropping a gun from a concealed place (guess where ?!).
This is pretty much a formula effort, but is quite enjoyable nonetheless. Sticking to the formula requires any girls-with-guns flick to contain bitching between the at-least-good-looking fems, scenes where they get some or all of their gear off, some action and gunplay, sex scenes, and of course the girls humiliating the guys. This one delivers on all these items. The only disappointment, though a predictable one, is the clever and pointed avoidance of full frontal nudity. The top three actresses (being two cops and the villainess) are all shown completely naked, but their scenes are shot in such a way as to only just avoid showing any below-the-waist triangles. Pity.
Mika is an sour-faced and mean-tempered cop who makes a point of smoking in non-smoking areas. She is assigned a new partner, Lin, a cheerful scatterbrain who pays attention to little else but her walkman. The inevitable conflict provides much of the plot and some of the humour. There's enough action and gunplay to hold attention, though I think there could have been more. Similarly, I think there were only four scenes in which the gals got some or all of their gear off, and there was plenty of opportunity for much more nudity.
That said, the nude scenes were pretty good. The scene where Mika does weight training wearing only her knickers was a ripper. An assassin working for the villainess breaks in an pulls a gun on her. She offers to remove her knickers and, thus distracted for about half a second, the gunman fails to see the spinkick until he's on the floor and getting a very close look at her good bit.
There's also a running gag about a bullet-proof vest for Mika. That is, getting one that fits a C-cup. Recommended silly fun.
