Did you know
- GoofsThe noose around Alison's neck in the bathroom scene is not tightened (the knot is several inches from her neck, and there is space in the loop), making it unlikely to be a successful method of suicide. In the longer shots, Alison appears to be suspended about three feet below the shower curtain rod, yet the cutaways show her feet to be dangling a foot or two off the floor. Even if the curtain rod were affixed eight feet above the floor, she would have to be no more than three or four feet tall to be suspended in this way, yet she appears elsewhere in the film to be slightly taller than Tina, who is of normal height.

When the film makes me long for the Leslie Neilson movie "Repossessed" you KNOW it's bad.
Tina (JoBeth Williams) shows Alison (Juliet Landau) around a house, Alison tells her a "spooky" story of the past couple who lived there. When Alison suddenly disapears, Tina gets worried. ooohhh scary (no, it's really not) I'm still of the mindset that JoBeth Williams has only been good in two movies (Stir Crazy & Poltergeist). Two in fifty-some films is NOT a good percentage. Juliet fares better acting-wise here, but having seen Direct Hit, that's NOT saying much. The film is contrived and unoriginal. Who thought a short merely 8 minutes could go on too long?? Thanks to this film, I do.
