NEW YORK -- Indie production and distribution unit Shoreline Entertainment will unveil a new imprint to handle festival standouts and critically acclaimed independent films, dubbed Watermark, at the next month's American Film Market. So far, Watermark has five films lined up, including The Bay of Love and Sorrows, a tragic suspense story about a privileged young man whose efforts to unite his rural hometown with utopian ideals leads to senseless murder. Bay was adapted from the novel by Canadian author David Adams Richards. "Watermark brings exceptional entertainment to the global marketplace," Shoreline CEO Morris Ruskin said.
