(CONSOLE VERSION) In the cut-scene at the beginning of the "Phoenix Fire" level, Bond picks up a Wolfram P2K pistol from the helipad. When he enters the elevator it is still a P2K, but when the gameplay starts, he has a different gun.
(PC VERSION) When greeting Bond, Mayhew gets up twice.
PC Version. In the second stage of the High Treason level, if a table with a fax machine on it is destroyed, a security guard will announce over the PA that a fax machine on floor 36 is offline. This stage of the level takes place on floor 37. 36 is not even accessible.
(PC VERSION) Dominique's voice is higher-pitched in the intro cutscene for the "High Treason" level. In all other cutscenes, her voice is lower in pitch.
Console version. In the "Exchange" level, there is a deciduous tree in the courtyard of Drake's Austrian castle that has green leaves growing on it. This level takes place during the winter, when the tree should have no leaves at all.
(PC VERSION) In the Phoenix Rising level, two security guards in the tower carpark chat about their jobs. While chatting, they will mention that they are glad not to be patrolling the terminal floor (the executive level) because of a guard with "real issues". There are no security guards on the terminal floor.
Console version. In the Chain Reaction level's subtitles, the word, "hangar", is misspelled, "hanger".
(PC VERSION) In the High Treason level, after the Yakuza destroy parts of the main stairwell, a security guard comes over the loudspeaker to alert maintenance of a problem in the stairwell on Floor 11. That floor was unaffected by the explosives.
(PC VERSION) In the Rendezvous mission, Bond changes into a tux before entering the party. In the cutscene, the guard nearby is wearing a black shirt. In the gameplay, however, the programmers placed a guard with a red shirt
In the level "The Exchange," if you land on the back of the old man's truck, he will pull up to the gate and claim he is delivering twenty cases of wine to Drake. During gameplay, however, you can see that the number of cases on the back of the truck only add up to nineteen.
