Sean McBride's talent for visuals is absolutely mindboggling. I'm very happy this made it into Sundance. He's a phenomenal young animator with a brilliant future. This is a treat for the eyes, indeed.

This animated short film is like an entire animation festival shoved into a small film! I series of people of all ages talk about their dreams--at which time, animations are used to illustrate them. Now here is the exciting part--though the animations are all done by the same person, the styles are all very different and I assumed that the film was made by a team of people! As a result, you appreciate the amazing abilities of Mr. McBride in being so versatile and for making the images fit each dream.
Now for the dreams themselves, they're not all that compelling. Some represent the normal themes in dreams, some don't. However, what the dreams actually are and the narration are definitely secondary and are there more as an opportunity to animate them in many exciting and different ways. Nice job.
