First off, this is one of the ugliest pieces of animation which I have ever seen. As if that wasn't bad enough, Mo Willems uses the same joke three times in a two and a half minute short. The main character goes through his day while enduring unfortunate incidents. That's it. 1/10

A Decent little short film

In this 1994 film by The guy behind Sheep In the Big City, Mo Willems. This film gives us like what the title said. And It's Another Bad Day for Philip Jenkins indeed, As he gets crushed by an elevator, Drenched in a Water Hose, Hit by a Truck that reads "Oxy-Moron", and in the end credits, He falls down a steep downhill road on his electronic Wheelchair. The animation is fine and okay and the cel painting is good. My problems include that some of the animation can be limited (They reuse the same hospital animation) and some of the pacing of his incidents aren't that timed well but it's fine. It ain't hideous per say but It's very decent. Good for anyone interested in Short Films or Mo Willems. 7/10.
