During a long and hot Greek summer, a moustachioed, cigar-smoking pedlar is roaming the dry and rugged country roads in search of opportunity. Accompanied by his partner, his precocious little son, the duo summons up the courage to steal ripe watermelons from a no-joke trucker, in high hopes of making a quick buck. However, a fateful encounter with an antagonistic team of Romani watermelon-sellers will spark an all-out commercial war. Will the deity of justice, the sword-wielding Goddess Themis, sort the issue out?
