Krazy Kat and his girlfriend are Russian for some reason. It becomes an excuse to do lots of dancing and running around in traditional costumes. All the other Russians have big black beards and drink too much. I just came to realize how much pursuit there is in these old cartoons. The backgrounds seem to move by at rapid speed and then return again. The second half of the episode is Krazy trying to get rid of a bomb. No matter what he does, it seems to keep coming back to him. It takes a great deal of creativity and some cartoon intervention to make this work. For all his failings, Krazy seems to be a joyful broke with a penchant for dancing.
