Featured review
A lot of repetitive war footage
This title features numerous news and/or documentary footage clipped together. In the first half of the film there are a couple "running of the bulls" videos where people gets knocked around, 2 bull fights, "roo hunting" in Australia along with some footage of processing the dead animals, a large group of whales forced onto the shore and slaughtered for fun, and a shark eating a seal. After that Faces of Death 5 moves onto war footage from around the world: terrorism, riots, gun fights, primitive style warfare, a couple of firing squads, and a lot of aftermath footage. When all is said and done this is much more viewable than some of it's competition on the Real Death market. This is an excellent piece against animal cruelty and war, but unfortunately it ends up being repetitive and boring.
