Columbia University Mfa Directing PROGRAMThe directing program at Columbia is casting a variety of roles for a myriad of shows happening in Spring 2015 in New York City. Casting directors are “seeking enthusiastic actors, dancers, musicians, and other performers” for a collaborative progress under the mentorship of the Siti Company’s Anne Bogart and Brian Kulick. These productions pay an Equity stipend and will be running March–May 2015. “An Evening Of Love, Blood, And Cigarettes”These two one-act plays explore the darker side of devotion” for the unoccupied 20-something of New York City. Between “Fun In Vinyl: A Hipster’s Guide to Manual Labor” and “Extremes,” the productions are casting a total of five lead roles.
