A double fault
Tony4316 November 2005
While it is nice to bring information about a specific sport to a generalized audience, this alleged "documentary" is pretty much a cut and paste job, just a compilation of old information stolen from other sources.

There are a couple of inaccuracies that I spotted, but that is probably just par for the course in "E" documentaries or profiles. The big one I found was the indication that Hingis and Kournikova split up over an argument in south America and were never friends again. Not true, they reunited in 2001 as doubles partners and in early 2002 won their second Australian Open doubles title. As a matter of fact, they are friends to this day and neither has ever had a word to say against the other in public, despite consistent press efforts to get them to dish one another.

And incidentally, the most telling thing about this alleged documentary is all of the Kournikova interviews are stock footage. She apparently refused to be interviewed by E or E chose not to talk to her in person. That's something E should have addressed in the documentary.
