Keep using the same guy as the drunken hooligan that needs to be rescued, heh. Seems like they're trying to recreate Summer with April.

There's a likelihood that a friendship never developed between J. D. and Skylar. In other words, Skylar possibly was "a bridge that J. D. burned and never could repair." In the ending of the previous episode, "The Choice," J. D. asked if he and Skylar can be friends after he apologized. How do you think Skylar's tone of voice was when she said, "You should trust people more?" Obviously not in the original script, maybe Sky responded, "There's a difference between real change and apologizing, J. D. Actions speak louder than words." J. D. does not appear in this episode as it can be assumed he moved back home to pack his belongings and make the move to L. A. County. We see Sky becoming April's roommate, and see that Sky doesn't like morgues. Not enough action in the entire story to get a higher rating. Meanwhile, Cody reveals C. J. and him are not an item anymore, but he begins a relationship with Lani.

After this, Skylar is gone. The writers could have added an exit storyline for her, such as an injury like the one Carlos experienced in "Tower of Power" where it caused him to be out nine months to a year. Did Skylar get hurt and have to leave immediately? If so, that's a shame.
