a really impressive film that will keep you guessing. there were lots of twist and turns that will haunt you even after the ending credits. This film really stayed with me and made me think about the underlying meaning. I have a real short attention span yet this film stayed in my mind for a long time after it was through, it was that good! I was also impressed with the overall quality of this film it was shot in high def yet has a great film look to the picture. there is one particular crane shot of a fair or carnival with a ferris wheel in the foreground the colors in that particular shot were really impressive. If you like movies that will get you thinking and/or if you are looking to see how good high def can look then I would highly recommend this movie.

Super film by a great Palm Beach County crew...

I got to see Redemption at the PBCounty film festival and was very pleased. The writer/director, Jose Garafalo, was in the audience and answered questions after the film. Most astounding was that it was completed in 16 days. Quite a feat. The movie was very entertaining and contained many twists and turns. Some were easy to see coming, and some were surprises. The audience reaction was very enthusiastic and played to a standing room only crowd. Unfortunately the film was only being shown three or four times during the festival run. I could sit through it again - it was that good.

Congratulations to Mr. Garafalo and his cast and crew. It was very well done.

Redemption is the best movie i have ever seen on the face of the planet... well one of them anyways, the cinematography was beautiful and the story was well written... everyone who doesn't own a copy of this masterpiece should go out and buy one right now. oh yes al sapienza who you may know from the sopranos, pretty woman, and godzilla put on an amazing performance.

this thing says i must have at least 10 lines of dialogue... hrm

With a production size that big, I expected a LOT more.

I saw this film at last year's New York International Independent Film & Video Festival in September. First of all, there were about twenty people in the audience (which was about the average for the entire festival) and second, I don't think I've been that bored in a theater seat before in my entire life. Along with that, I saw lights in shots, sound effects missing, the words not matching the lips, basically a continuing disaster from the get-go. Now, I heard that the director made this in 16 days. Okay, so what? You made a horrible movie. Take your time on the next one, and maybe you won't have people getting up and walking out forty minutes into it.
