The film was shot for a budget of $300, which mostly included the cost of food and parking tickets.
It was shot in 16 days, primarily in February and March. Most shoots took place on weekends.
The entire cast and crew worked for free.
The trailer won MTV's Best Film on Campus competition in December 2005, resulting in a development deal with MTV Films for director/writer Scott Beck and producer Bryan Woods.
