I saw this film on the Europa Film Treasures site and was amazed at the quality of the print. The film was shot by Danish film pioneer Peter Elfelt, the royal cinematographer for over a decade and the sole producer of Danish films for a similar period. Europa Film Tresures gives the year of the film as 1903, but I'm pretty sure this is the same film.
The ceremonies for the arrival of Kaiser Wilhelm were fairly low-key as the Danish monarchy wished to distance themselves from him for both personal and political reasons, but were apparently unable to prevent him from visiting whenever he wished.
The film follows the Kaiser as he disembarks from a small boat and is greeted by Danish dignitaries before being escorted to a carriage. It's nothing spectacular, but does have a couple of pan shots - one very good, the other very poor.
