Awfully creepy...but still funny!

Warning: Spoilers
I am not 100% sure that DON'T KID ME is the Bobby Ray short I saw, as the version I saw was entitled "Grandma's Kid". However, as IMDb doesn't list this movie AND since distributors often stuck a wide variety of names on films back in the silent days, this appears to be DON'T KID ME. But without a detailed plot on IMDb, I am just making a best guess.

Bobby and his wife are in a panic--her mother is coming for a visit and she wants to see their baby. The problem is that they have no child but have lied to her about one. Why they do this is unclear but instead of telling her the truth or coming up with a good plan, they just decide to wing it! The scene then cuts to the railroad station. Mama's train is in and she spends much of her time waiting beating up people--as she's an amazonian nut! When she is angry at the phone operator, she yanks the phone off the wall. When a man's hat is destroyed by her, she proceeds to beat him up when he complains! When the couple do arrive, she insists on driving and proceeds to smash into a truck---they has the nerve to beat up the innocent truck driver. Clearly the woman is Satan and THAT might explain why they lied to her! All this is pretty funny, however, what follows is really creepy. Instead of hiring a baby or borrowing one from a neighbor, Bobby kidnaps one. And, at the same time, his wife steals a neighbor's kid!! There are now 2 kids and it's obvious that they've been lying. When Mama beats up Bobby, a cop arrives to stop her and she then beats up the cop as well! As I said, the whole child kidnapping angle is very creepy and disturbing. However, watching this psycho mother is pretty funny--especially when it becomes obvious that everyone is afraid of her--even her own daughter!
