Great Short.

I went to the sundance film festival and saw the shorts program there, of the movies shown there Everythings gone Green was the best out of them. Better then Wasp with its crappy CGI wasp and all, and yet wasp won a academy award. Anyway they shot this movie on super 35mm something uncommon seeing that everyone else shot on 16mm or HD or in one case VHS. The shot style was amazing I found that the DP had a great style that confided emotion and impressed me to no end. Also I would like to comment that this movie looked professional there were no color balance issues and there were no over or under exposer. That really set it apart from the other movies the other movies often would put that aside and as a result that alone would set this movie apart from the others. The story was well placed and was very interesting I enjoyed it the most out of the entire shorts program at sundance

excellent short film

this was showing late night at the L.A. Int'l Short Film Fest. I thought about skipping it. Fortunately I stayed. It was exceptional! The cinematography is great, but what I truly loved about the short are the lead characters. Dynamic chemistry between Linklater and Holden. I love the scene where Rosemary mimics the silent William on the rooftop. Alexandra Holden does a great job as Rosemary. She is so adorable. The William character is quirky and very likable as well. Definitely see this if it happens to be at a film fest near you! It really is one of the best films I've seen in 2005. Wonderful job overall by writer/director Aaron Ruell. Yes, Kip Dynamite from you know what.

The Best Short Film Ever

Personally i really love this movie i saw it today for like the millionth time! it inspires me so much as a young film maker, and meeting the director/actor at sundance was such a nice experience...the characters in this short film are the best specially the girl, i learned so much from her she is not afraid to go after what she really wants and thats what we all want! we want to get what we want but we are too afraid of rejection and all these negative things, but if we try and try hard enough like she did we never know what the outcome might be, you just might end up with the love of your life and live happily ever after!
