When Kitty softpaws, Humpty and puss are in the giants cloud lair, the high altitude causes their voices to raise in pitch, Humpty explains that is caused by the low pressure due to the height. However, when the trio exit the lair (when they are falling) their voices are normal in pitch and somehow not high at all.
When puss holds the ropes holding Hampty and baby goose, he manages to secure a knot between the ropes and start to pull Hampty up. But after he falls from the bridge the ropes are untied again.
When Humpty crosses the gap to where the golden eggs are, he slides down the rope, because it is inclined downward. When the three use the rope to go back, there is no longer an incline, but it is level. Otherwise, they would not be able to just pull themselves across.
Imelda calls out to Puss for help when the Great Terror is on the loose, but she couldn't have known before then that Puss had been broken out of prison.
When the goose shows up to recover her eggs, she is disproportionately large compared to the size of the eggs.
