- At the planet Estro, after Roger jumps off the nest, he gets ambushed by woman guards in revealing swimsuits. Rogers future love interest a woman named Zondra is seen wearing a swimsuit that reveals the middle part of the chest in a v line. Also Roger is seen getting tortured with a razor blade by a sexy woman in a black swimsuit.

- You can discover a hidden Easter Egg in the secret room underneath the sewer by walking southwest and using the buckazoid item. During the slideshow. Some profanity words is used including "Hell" and "Shit" is used in the game. Making this the first time the word "Shit" is said uncensored. This game was released 3 years before the ESRB rating came out in 1994.
- The word "Crap" is used once in the game.
