The story of a troupe of small Kermit-like puppets who find their creator lying on his bench and have to eventually come to understand his death. To begin with, the puppets refuse to accept the death of their puppet-master.
Bereft of their beloved puppet-master Jim Henson, the creator of Kermit the Frog, an army of inconsolable, empty-eyed Kermits starts to assemble next to the lifeless body of their maker. And refusing to take his untimely demise lying down and accept life's only certainty, the felt creatures throw the perfect farewell party, searching for purpose and meaning in a life without him.—Nick Riganas
