This is the longest special feature found on the DVD of Shaun of the Dead. No less than 13 minutes. And every moment of it consists of what appears to be an entirely uncut(or added sound, text, anything) 'flip chart' presentation by, you guessed it, Edgar and Simon. Of what? The concept and the ideas they had, before they wrote the script. They liven it up with their enthusiastic approach, and the fact that the relationship between the two is fun to watch doesn't exactly hurt. Also, the camera is not static; there are zooms and pans, and the operator did a pretty good job. Perhaps he or she knew what was coming, I don't know. The papers that they show contain drawings and notes, of various types. Essentially, this goes over the film in its entirety, albeit solely in the form of these original jotted down thoughts they had about what to put in it, so it's a great way to compare what they initially wanted to make the movie like with how it turned out. I won't reveal how closely they match. It's probably obvious that you should not view this until you've seen the flick. I recommend this to fans who are interested in this. 7/10
