The footage of a deserted Helsinki appearing in P-fleet propaganda was shot late at night when traffic was slow. The shoot was arranged during the "nightless nights" of Finnish summer when the sun sets only for a few hours, so the footage appears to be shot during daytime.
Produced mainly by a team of five friends, and took seven years to complete.
Computers used in "Russian Nuclear Plant" are Commodore 64.
Shooting for the scene where P-fleet soldiers march towards the Finnish parliament was interrupted by the police. They were checking reports of a group of armed men gathering at the parliament. They were relieved to find out that they were "armed" with water guns. Since all permits were in order, the shoot was allowed to continue.
