Fairly interesting depiction of postal workers carrying out their duties
I've watched a few of these early 20th-century USPO shorts (don't ask me why) and for the most part they're as dull as you'd expect them to be. This one, however, is quite interesting. In fact, compared to the others it's positively action-packed. A couple of guys sort letters into pigeon-holes, another empties sacks of post and stamps the letters before passing them to a portly chap who is undoubtedly the star of the show. This guy stands in front of a semi-circle of mail sacks and unerringly flings bundles of mail into the appropriate sack. Some of these sacks are maybe 10 feet away from him but he hits a bullseye every time without even pausing to take aim. Of course, he could always just have been flinging them anywhere and sorted the mess out after the camera stopped rolling. This one's worth a look.
