This game is great because it will help you prepare for diamond version. It lets you get some legends like mew,ho-oh, etc... by using action replay or getting the event tickets. Otgher games like fire red don't let you get mew just like that. Also it has the cloning cheat in the battle tower. You will be able to get several Pokemon with the greatest stats if you clone them after you raised them to their highest stats. You can do this by buying the items in Petalburg City in the flower place. The items are as following: protein, calcium, iron, and I forgot the others sorry. Anyways this is a great game and its worth buying and I recommend you buy it.

The game is the same as its previous sequels without anything new, the game also has a very simple story and nothing to compare to games like Mother or Chrono Trigger. The music in this game is very simple, it's generic battle music that's not interesting at all.
The graphics of the game are almost the same as those of the previous two games only in 32 bits and there is not much change compared to other sequels.
It is clear that at this point Nintendo only saw money in these games, even more than in the previous generation.
