not bad, but shallow
Cruiser19902 September 2007
while the series itself isn't that bad, it becomes difficult to feel any sort of connection for any of the characters, with the show delivering some good jokes in the right places there are also some very repetitive and not so funny jokes, such as, the bar man Alex constantly taking his shirt off each time coming up with strange reasons to do so, the main problem is that there is no way to connect with any of the characters in this series.

There is no real connection between any character on the show and they are very vein self obsessed characters, for instance, the show moves at an incredible speed in which there is already a wedding plot discussed in the third episode, (personal opinion, the series is getting ahead of itself and moving too quickly). so it seems that unless something drastic happens in the series then nothing will change and it will go downhill from there

Gives comedy a bad name.

Warning: Spoilers
If you find a bar man taking his shirt off for no reason funny, then you might like this. It is a one trick pony. No humour and a smut level that even a 12 year old would find childish. Some of the cast can do so much better than this tripe. Stay away from it. Watch paint dry, or wood warp. It will be funnier.

The plots are banal, the jokes telegraphed, then sent in a letter, and finally seems to have a big flashing arrow saying "Here is a funny situation and a joke coming along". What IS funny about a man that has not had sex for 7 years and then picks up a nymphomaniac gets engaged to her and then finds she has also slept with his father?
