In the first of two games, the California Quakes beat the Florida Sundogs 26-25. The Sundogs coach/male captain, "Little" Richard Brown, was thrown out of the game after punching several of the Quake men. In the second game, the California Quakes beat the New York Enforcers 19-18. The Enforcers male captain, Mark D'Amato, tried to perform his signature move "The Screamer" on the Quakes male captain Sean Atkinson, but hit his own player instead

In the first game, the Florida Sundogs beat the Nevada Hot Dice 30-26. This was the first appearance of the Hot Dice. In a surprise move "Little" Richard Brown turned out to be their male captain, having been kicked off the Sundogs a week earlier. Brown used his knowledge of their staking style to keep the game close. In the second game, the New York Enforcers beat the Florida Sundogs 21-20. New Sundogs male captain, "Captain America" Bill Barker, was the main target of the male Enforcers' squad, but it was Sam Martin who saw stars after Tim Washington hit him with his signature move, "The King Kong."

In game one, the Nevada Hot Dice beat the California Quakes 22-21. The highlight of the game being the women's match-up, which was one of the best so far this season. In game two, the New York Enforcers beat the Nevada Hot Dice 23-19. "Little" Richard Brown of the Hot Dice, once again lost his cool and lost the game for his team, creating tension within the Dice.

In game one, the California Quakes beat the Nevada Hot Dice 24-21. "Little" Richard Brown was indefinitely suspended by WSL Commissioner Jerry Seltzer after he attacked one of the Quakes. In game two, the California beat the Florida Sundogs 22-19. Fights broke out during the entire game, causing bad blood between the Sundogs and the Quakes.

In game one, the New York Enforcers beat the Texas Rustlers 45-18. This was the first appearance of the Rustlers, who suffered the biggest loss of the season. In game two, the New York Enforcers beat the California Quakes 22-18. Enforcers female captain Heather Gunnin proved she could be just as brutal as any of the Enforcer men. Quakes male captain Sean Atkinson picked fights with any Enforcer he could get his hands on.
