Great Series: Lives up to the hype!
jlacsina1 February 2006
I am a fan of the AZN network, often checking out the great news reports coming out of the Philippines and indulging in Asian soap operas. However, this show takes the cake. It is a blend of basketball and drama involving China's crown jewel: Yao Ming.

Despite the marginal voice over work by one Raymond Chang, the show takes you into the NBA game with great visuals put together by the editing team, and escorts you through Yao's sophomore season with excellent story telling.

From an inside source I have learned that the whole crew had little to work with as far as footage of Yao and certain NBA games was concerned. With that in mind, the producers really put together a great product.

And a team is only as strong as its weakest link, and apparently their weakest links weren't that weak at all. Credit production assistants James Lacsina and Amer Malas who also did fine work.
