Despite the bad taste, ruination of historic and irreplaceable features, and 15 year old "trends", this is still a very enjoyable show and far superior to any foolishness from HGTV

Just one of many annoyingly contrived programmes on TV. Normally involves people undertaking ambitious extremely underfunded projects whilst at the same time setting themselves totally unrealistic contrived short timelines. Nearly everybody wants to move in by Christmas!!. All to generate interest in what otherwise would be an extremely boring subject matter..

George Clarke couldnt be more negative, with questions starting with But, what if, how do you, you cant keep it up. Without these people he wouldnt have a show, not to mention his odd voice where he talks out of his neck rather than his mouth, its like hes trying to speak deeper on purpose. Very dated.
