Silent Witness: BBC One, 9pm
The long-running crime drama hits the penultimate episode of the current series this week.
The plot revolves around a dead policeman found in a burnt-out car, and once the most likely suspect seemingly proves his innocence, revelations start to unfold.
Broadchurch: ITV, 9pm
Chris Chibnall's crime drama, starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman, continues tonight.
As the net tightens in Alec and Ellie's investigation, the duo find themselves questioning if all the right answers have slipped through. Eve Myles (Torchwood) and James D'Arcy (Peggy Carter) also star.
Catastrophe: Channel 4, 10pm
We recently tipped this show to be the comedy of the year - and with good reason.
In this week's instalment, Sharon struggles with pregnancy-induced hormones, whilst husband Rob makes friends with Chris. This works out great for Rob, but not for Sharon - who cannot stand Chris's wife Fran (Ugly...

A Russell T Davies TV project is always something to be excited about. From gifting us Queer as Folk to saving Doctor Who, he has given us a lot to be grateful for over the years. Hence why his various comeback series on Channel 4, E4 and online later this month are being greeted with such a sense of anticipation.
Cucumber, Banana and Tofu come 16 years after Davies shook up TV with Queer as Folk and his new shows look likely to be just as exciting, exploring the passions and pitfalls of 21st century gay life with a candid sense of humour.
But will it create as many stars as Davies's previous Channel 4 series? Here's what happened to the Queer As Folk stars after it ended in 2000.

Channel 4 are reportedly planning a new series of Shipwrecked.
The reality TV show, which aired on the channel’s youth brand T4 from 2000 to 2001 and then from 2006 to 2009, is set to return later this year but will have a slightly different format to previous series’.
It will no longer be Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands, which featured two teams competing with each other for new members, with the largest team winning a cash prize at the end.
A source told The Sun: “In these miserable economic times it’s important people can watch young hot-bodied wannabes stripped half-naked on a beach in the sun.
“Obviously people will still be voted off if they annoy people.
“But we’re glad it’s coming back as you don’t get many good-looking people on Britain’s Got Talent.”
