Jack takes Ryan into the meeting room and locks the door behind him (note that the doors don't line up). Then when Jack leaves, he doesn't unlock the doors, they just open.
When Chase and another CTU agent are running through a car park you can see a blur of what looks like a person in a truck in an otherwise empty lot. If slowed down you can actually see a full crew of 4-5 people as well as a camera.
Chase is leading a strike team to Saunders' location (or so they think). As he and Agent Baker make their way by the cars, the camera clearly passes by a second camera team and crew members hidden inside and outside of a truck just as they turn the corner and take cover behind another car.
Throughout season III Jack Bauer keeps saying he believed Saunder died in Kosovo, and often substitutes Kosovo for Bosnia, therefore implying Kosovo is a part of Bosnia. Since Kosovo is not and has never been a part of Bosnia (Montenegro is between them), this is an error. One could also say: "No wonder Saunders didn't really die as Jack believed - there was no chance for him to die in Kosovo, Bosnia, since such place does not exist!"
Michelle tells the guests at the hotel its their choice if they want to ingest the suicide capsules, legally its not that simple because the guests would need to sign a waiver stating it was their choice and their friends and family cant sue the government for sanctioning a mass suicide.
Ryan Chappelle says he has no friends or family to call to say goodbye, yet he is wearing a wedding band.
