The CTU is taken over by Homeland Security. Collette becomes the center of attention. At the White House the weak willed Logan gives in to the VP and sets up a curfew. The President's wife is getting more and more fed up. Jack finds Collette and makes a deal with her. When confronted, she has a shocking bit of new for Jack.

With all that's going on at CTU (hindered by the attack, Homeland Security's goons strolling in to take over), it's kinda surprising that Jack spends most oh his time making phone calls; if he's not brokering a deal with German intelligence, he's leveraging intel for a lead on the terrorists; and all of this while Los Angeles is under martial law. But the pacing is brisk, and there's no shortage of things happening.
the main attraction here is Stana Katic playing a sultry mercenary. She's stunning, sure, but it's just a trip seeing Kate Beckett from "Castle" . . . in those boots. And she's magnetic!
