**SPOILER** Sue Ann Langdon was a sweetheart who got these roles. You know; good girl? bad girl? reasonably intelligent? dummy? She was a trouper, though, and really pretty, so it is without regret that I say that even with all she had going, she couldn't save this one. She's the bright star in this episode, and the only reason I watched it instead of falling asleep.

Desert rustics
bkoganbing6 May 2017
This 77 Sunset Strip story has Roger Smith wounded in a desert chase of jewel thief Mike Road and falling in with a group of desert rustics. This family look like they could have been extras from Deliverance gone west. Grandpa Will Wright is looking for a fabled lost gold mine unto 30 years now. He's got a half wit son in Adam Williams who collects spiders and a hillbilly temptress in Sue Ane Langdon.
But what Wright and Williams don't know is that Langdon is married to Road whom they don't like anyway. Jeff Spencer is in some real danger.
Quite a bit of luck brings him out of this one for the next episode. The highlight here is Sue Ane Langdon, she's really something in this story.
