Efrem Zimbalist gets whisked away from his normal Hollywood beat when he's
hired by tycoon Arch Johnson to protect him from someone in his immediate
circle who is trying to kill him. All possible suspects are going to be on an African
safari in Kenya so it's the usual closed mystery circle.
Stock jungle footage and obvious backlot sets don't detract from a good mystery yarn even though Stu Bailey's cover is blown almost immediately since one of the people on the safari he's had history with.
As for Johnson he proves such a lovable guy any one of these people has been given enough reason to do him in.
It's a happy ending for all but two of the cast.
