One of The Best 30 Minutes of Sitcom I've Ever Seen !

I'm not a huge fan of (According To Jim). Yes, it's successful popular one, and I felt its niceness for sometimes, but truly my heart belongs to other shows like (Becker), (Scrubs) and (The Simpsons). However, in front of a very powerful episode just like (Mr. Right), I must admit: this is an exceptional work.

There is something uniquely wonderful about such episode; is it the nostalgic cute presence of (Erik Estrada)?, is it the solid deep meaning of that laughable extravaganza about the stubbornness between lovers over trivial matters?, the very madly lovely pace?, the script which was too good this time?, the perfect performance from that harmonious cast?, or the directing of the whole thing? I think it's all of that together.

The fine moments are so many to the extent that if I'll say them all; they'll include the complete episode. But I'll never forget: The jump of (Jim) and (Andy) from the ship to catch up the ballet of (Jim)'s daughter, with freezing the cadre, and playing the original music of "CHiPs". The entry of the wet belated (Jim) and (Andy) to the dark theater, and shooting the performance by a camera full of water which pours right on the head of (Dana). The surprise of having a book of (Jim)'s mistakes, and what had been written in it by his patient wife since day one! The insistence to ask the TV star about the old stupid situation, even if it costs (Jim) to ride on the front of (Estrada)'s moving car!! And the numerous loving references to the TV classic "CHiPs", especially through the last scene and the end credits as well.

Look at the sudden appearance of all the show's characters at the end to salute the guest star and his memorable show in such childishly pleasant way; it was definitely the highest point of those 30 minutes. I think this kind of childish spirit, and that mutual affection, are 2 of some reasons that made (According To Jim) that special sometimes, so at the top of its specialty, you'll find for sure episodes like this EXCELLENT one.
