Clark makes the mistake of showing Candy the secret closet by pressing the hidden button to open the door, because when Candy then dusts the button for the Superman outfit thief's finger prints, all he will get now are Clark's.
There is no snow anywhere down the mountain pass in the first view, but it is covered in snow when Ace and Connie try to climb down.
Incorrectly regarded as goof:
The crooks try to burn, and then cut with scissors, Superman's costume, and fail at both. But if its material could not be cut, that would also mean it could not be sewn--both of which would've prevented Clark's mother from turning his baby blanket into the costume. But the comics established that Ma Kent, with help from Clark's heat vision to cut the the threads of the invulnerable Kryptonian blankets, was able to reweave the threads to form the Superman costume.

When Johnny Sims AKA T-Ball pushes the button the secret panel opens all the way which makes sense, but when Ace pushes it, the panel only opens half way forcing him to squeeze through. There is no logical reason the panel should not open all the way except that the writers wanted to do it for dramatic effect.
The stolen costume is the only costume Clark has, but later in the series two costumes are shown.
When Dan Seymours' character is in Kent's apartment planting a bomb and looking for the hidden closet, you can hear a crew member cough.
Studio lights are reflected on the Earth globe in Clark's living room.
Johnny Sims AKA T-ball is barely able to tell Ace the apartment number where he stole the costume, but later Ace somehow knows to look for a secret button which is information he cannot possibly have.
