Not a single shot is fired from Airwolf in this episode. The rocket pods are deployed by Dom in the climactic scene, but never fired.
In the opening scenes, when Bryan Cranston's character opens the revolver to check it's loaded, you can see every primer is dimpled, meaning each round had already been fired. Because of accidental deaths from prop guns prior, no prop gun is allowed to have live rounds or primers, and having dimpled primers is validation that the rounds are inert. They also drill holes through the casing, so there's no chance of a powder charge inside the cartridge, or put noise makers inside the cartridge to indicate they are safe rounds, depending on the visual use of the bullet in filming.
