This afternoon Armin Fuchs has called Mrs. Ruth Klausen because he wanted to speak with her and Ruth answered that she will be at home. Armin Fuchs has bought a bouquet of flowers and his associate Eric Pohl drives him to the house of the family Klausen .Armin sees the main door open and enters into the house. Eri Pohl who was waiting in the car listened to a shot, then to a second shot. Eric decides to enter into the house and his friend Armin severely injured. He calls the police and Armin is sent to the hospital. When Leo Kress asks who shot against Armin, the daughter says that she has shot, then the mother says also that she has shot again Armin and finally Stefan Klausen says that he has shot against Armin. Kress says ironically, a very easy case ,because we have three confessions. But ther investigation will be quite complicated: who is lying ?
