As this episode opens Harper is working on a project which, if successful, will reduce the imminent threat from Trance's approaching sun. As Dylan asks him about it he senses that there is somebody watching him. Shortly afterwards both Trance and Rhade sense a presence. Beka is then confronted by a mystery woman who nearly kills her by opening a portal into space. She later meets Dylan and identifies herself as Marida... and claims that he is her husband! He has no recollection of her but when they touch he somehow believes they have spent time together. As we learn how this situation came to be Harper's plan is ready to be put into effect; Marida offers to help but she might be more dangerous than she appears.
This was another enjoyable episode. It starts well with hints that somebody unexpected is aboard; this is quickly confirmed as we first see Marida observing Dylan. It isn't long before she is found but that isn't the end of the mystery; especially after her announcement. There are hints at her identity before it is revealed but this isn't dragged on too long. Then there is still the question of whether she is dangerous; she states that she is in love with Dylan but that could just make her more dangerous. Monika Schnarre does a solid job in the role of Marida. There are some good moments of tension. Overall a good episode.
