At Walker's Drug Store, prominently placed on the top shelf of the magazine rack to the right of the door, is the October 9-15, 1954 issue of "TV Guide" with Lucille Ball on the cover. Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball's company, Desilu, produces this series.
In this episode, Floyd has a son, Randall, who auditions his saxophone for the shoe salesman. Later in Season 1, in "Quiet Sam," Floyd mentions his wife, Melba. In Season 2, "The Jinx," Floyd mentions his other son, Norman.
Last of two appearances in the series by Harry Antrim as druggist Fred Walker. Although he owned the drug store, his niece, Ellie Walker, was the druggist in 13 episodes in the series.

The Nevada map remains upside-down for the remainder of Season 1. In Season 2, the Idaho and Nevada maps are appropriately replaced by a map of North Carolina.
