- The episode revolves around Carl and Shake ordering a mail-order bride, and sharing her. For instance, Shake declares himself a "co-owner" to her before stating that Carl's "Hogging her all to herself". They later do a dual marriage through a bedroom door.
- Numerous double entendres, sexual innuendos, and allusions to sex, most of which are frank but not graphic. Lines such as "I got her, as a gift to myself, you know what I mean! I got the oils, the candles, the works." and "Don't call her a 'babe', she is a Czechnian prostitute, and you will address her as such" are present.
- Carl holds out a G-string to a mail-order bride and asks her to "Put it on and shake, baby!". She refuses.
- A conversation between Carl and Shake: "You're gonna make some lewd reference to cooking being like sex. / You and I know she will be sizzling like fajita meat! I need to get clean, before... the dirtiness."
