Warning: Spoilers
"Contempt" concludes with Barney still incarcerated with an unseen cellmate (William Windom, last of three) who confiscates his milk at every meal (Jack Murdock makes his second and last appearance as Officer Perelli). Barney receives a lunchtime visit from his men at the 12th, Harris temporarily in charge, and another from Ray Brewer (John Dullaghan, ninth of ten), making his fifth of six appearances ("I come here twice a week to give advice and guidance...ya want some?"). His prison time abruptly ends when the judge decides to postpone the trial to reach some sort of compromise. Wojo admits his affections for the ordained Lt. Melinda Holly (Maggie Brown, second of two), but still manages to catch the Salvation Army thief, Arthur Duncan (J. J. Barry, fifth of seven), last seen in "Movie: Part 2," who preferred holding up handicapped people rather than healthy ones because it was safer. Since he was a member of the audience during Harris' porno screening, he laments that this time there isn't any movie! On his way back to the scene of the crime, he asks Ray where the donuts are, having searched all over for them (Brewer: "that's the USO!" Duncan: "oh, wrong army!").
